Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service; personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Important notice
gardmi is a tool for preliminary planning of a plot, house and utilities. It is not a design, surveying, cadastral or legal service and does not replace the work of a licensed architect, designer, surveyor, engineer or lawyer. Reference norms, protection zones, cost estimates, map and cadastral data are provided for information only and must be independently verified against current primary sources and with the competent authorities.
