Open-fire facility
Fire pit placement rules on a plot
Poland · Auxiliary · usually lightweight
Open flame must be used where it cannot ignite neighbouring materials or buildings. Combustible materials, including branches and plant residue, may not be stored within 4 m of the neighbouring boundary; municipalities and weather/fire bans can be stricter.
Placement rules
A true open fire often needs much more space than a small private plot can provide.
Fire-safe location
Prevent ignition of neighbouring materials/buildings; check local and temporary bans

Important limitation
The catalog is a planning aid, not a legal opinion. Before construction, check the land plot category, local land-use and development rules, easements, utility protection zones and neighbour buildings.
