House setback from the fence and plot boundary

No fixed national setback — set by the municipal plan (PGOU): typically ~5 m to the facade, 3–4 m to the sides, ~3 m to the rear. Recommended (safe): ≥5 m.
Distances and rules
A dwelling must stand at least the setback distance from the neighbouring boundary; you may not build the house in the strip between that line and the boundary.
To neighbour boundary (recommended)
Recommended: at least 5 m (covers the typical PGOU: ~5 m facade, 3–4 m sides)
