Create a property boundary map from parcel data

A property line map is most useful when it begins with a boundary source you can identify. Gardmi can import supported cadastral references from Russia, France, Spain, Germany, Türkiye and Poland. For a property elsewhere, leave the reference blank and draw the boundary from an official record or measured survey.

Use the result as an editable planning map before placing a house, well, septic system, fence, paths and garden zones. Parcel overlays and imported geometry are reference data, not proof of a legal boundary.

How it works

  1. If the property is in Russia, France, Spain, Germany, Türkiye or Poland, enter its supported cadastral reference. Otherwise leave the field blank.
  2. Open the editor. Gardmi tries to load a supported reference; for other locations, draw the lot from an official map or measured survey.
  3. Check every imported or drawn corner against the source and add known dimensions.
  4. Add the house, fence, well, septic, paths, planting zones and dimensions.
  5. Save, export or share the editable site plan.
