National default ≥3 m (or on the boundary) under R.111-19, but the local PLU usually overrides it.
Distances and rules
A dwelling must stand at least the setback distance from the neighbouring boundary; you may not build the house in the strip between that line and the boundary.

At least 3 m or on the boundary (RNU default; PLU may differ)
